Denisse Oller is an advocate, spokesperson and champion of the Latino experience. Through her professional work as a journalist, chef and community leader, Ms. Oller supports educational initiatives that are at the forefront of the Latino community. From healthy eating, healthy living, education and the arts: Denisse is committed to enrich, lead and educate about and for the benefit of Latinos.
Liza Mosquito de Guia
Liza Mosquito de Guia is Founder and Chief Storyteller of Food Curated, an online food site dedicated to showcasing where good food comes from and the people, personalities, ideas and techniques behind it. She’s made it her goal to share her passion for food with others, in hopes that you will be just as passionate about where the most amazing food in the world comes from. He is a certified Sommelier who has been involved with all facets of the industry, including wine retail, wine imports, Restaurant management, and wine education. He owns The Wine List of Summit, a boutique wine shop that sells wine, spirits and beer, and offers a wine school, wine storage, wine club and also builds private wine cellars. As the founding director of The Summit Wine and Food Festival in Summit, NJ, Ivan uses his life-long experience and love of wine and the culinary arts to organize one of the finest festivals of its kind.
Paul Barron is THE restaurant industry guru, and also a producer, webpreneur, speaker, global event creator and social media mentor for the restaurant and hospitality industry. As the author of the first book on the Fast Casual Restauarant business and how it connects with this new consumer culture, The Chipotle Effect is about the changing landscape of the American social restaurant and hospitality consumer. Blanca Valbuena, @Jolie311, cofounded FriendsEat.com in the fall of 2006. FriendsEAT.com is a food and dining social community. The FriendsEAT community is comprised of chefs, restaurateurs, food bloggers, and foodies throughout the world. Blanca considers herself a foodie and is completely obsessed with everything dealing with food. Her extensive travels left her wanting more from culinary and restaurant guides. She found it difficult when traveling to remote places like Cabarete in Dominican Republic, Bodrum in Turkey and even in more mainstream places such as San Juan in Puerto Rico to get trust worthy advice on places to eat. That was the inspiration for FriendsEAT.
Passionate about food and wine for over 20 years, Matthew Horbund loves sharing that passion with the world. We started DrinkSpirits.com after noticing how many people order the same drink time and time again when they go out to a bar. The back bar with its rows and rows of bottles is intimidating and it’s often easier to stick with something you are familiar with than try something new. We realized that there weren’t a lot of resources out there to help people explore the vast world of distilled spirits. There are few sites focused on helping people explore this amazing category of beverages. So we started DrinkSpirits.com

Victoria Pesce Elliott
Victoria Pesce Elliott has been a restaurant critic and food writer for The Miami Herald since 2000. Ms. Pesce Elliott’s career was inspired by growing up in a food-centric, second-generation immigrant family from Puglia, in the heel of the Italian boot. She held a wooden spoon long before she held a pen, as an eager student, she has studied with chefs and cooking teachers from Italy, France, Mexico and the U.S. Ms. Pesce Elliott is a contributing editor of the Miami ZAGAT guides for South Florida.
